Many of the properties purchased by our clients are supplied fully furnished, with the cost of furniture and furnishings included in the purchase price.

Where properties are bought unfurnished, clients can purchase complete furnishing packs from several furniture companies that we have links with. Whether the property is bought for an investment or a lifestyle purchase, clients are offered an excellent choice of furnishing packages to suit most budgets.

Prices depend on the country and the quality of furniture required. For example to furnish a 2 bedroom apartment in Spain, prices can start from approx £5000 sterling for a good quality furnishing package.
